Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
:
The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate internal and external maintenance crafts on our plant assets following established program guidelines, and execute maintenance schedules. In this role, you will provide leadership, technical knowledge and collaboration with operations to ensure execution of maintenance services in the attainment of short- and long-term facility and group objectives and deploy strategies to optimize the company’s physical assets, processes and goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
·Act as a primary contact between production and maintenance, coordinate internal and external maintenance crafts following established program guidelines, and execute maintenance schedules.
Plan and schedule maintenance downtime and communicate cross functionally with technical and management teams to minimize production impact and improve reliability.
