Buffalo is a manufacturing facility with approximately 400 employees, serving both the NAR and NAF business segments. This unique site comprises a Cereal Plant, a Flour Mill, and a Grain Elevator, boasting a rich history of over 120 years of performance and innovation.

The Maintenance Team Leader provides front line safety and engagement-based technical leadership to achieve plant and platform results. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for direct leadership of the mechanics and electricians within their classifications. They are responsible for building maintenance capability at all levels of the platform team. The Maintenance Team Leader works to eliminate losses following a rigorous daily process that is data driven and focused on root cause elimination.
