Maintenance Supervisor - Day Shift

General Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager in all maintenance plant activities, including maintaining the physical plant through Preventative Maintenance (PM's) tasks and work order completion. Assure that lines run with minimal unscheduled downtime, determine root causes and preemptive for measures to reduce downtime. Work with maintenance and operations teams to reduce downtime related repair times. Supervises crew of 15 to assure that the plant meets GMP, HACCP and USDA standards and insuring the safety of employees, contractors and customers. Assist with employee evaluations, training, corrective actions and work load management. Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives.
