Maintenance Supervisor - Dallas - 2nd Shift

**Job Summary**

Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance functions for company assets. Manage processes in Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance. Troubleshoot complex issues. Manage Service Center staffing.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**

+ Teach and Train individual Maintenance coordinators.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (manages system issues).
+ Actively monitor open work orders.
+ Responsible for scheduling strategy and service center staffing
+ Responds to calls with Maintenance requests.
+ Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff.
+ Ensures associates have the tools and training necessary to do the job.
