About the role
:In this role, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance operations while working alongside your team to ensure our facilities and grounds are well maintained, compliant, and safe.
You’ll bring both leadership and practical expertise, coordinating people, managing priorities, and completing maintenance tasks to a high standard.
Every day will bring something different, from shaping hedges to fixing minor repairs, using your practical know‑how to ensure our sites run smoothly and look their best.
In this role, you will:
Supervise and support Maintenance Officers, workers, contractors, and volunteers
Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team
Plan, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks to meet operational needs
Complete hands-on maintenance and repair work using trade skills
Maintain buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas, including gardens and grounds...
