Maintenance supervisor (cnc) (Aguascalientes)

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (CNC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Develop predictive maintenance plans and deploy them on all equipment and facilities.
• Supervise shop floor employees to ensure maintenance work orders receive correct priorities, maximizing service levels.
• Assist and develop cost improvement teams and drive participation in Find It/Fix It and other continuous improvement programs.
• Work with Manufacturing and Production Departments to develop, schedule, and plan capacity (including attendance, vacation, and overtime management) to ensure safe, cost‑effective, and efficient execution of the master facilities Maintenance Plan.
• Define key spare parts and quantity needs based on equipment type and condition.
