Maintenance Supervisor

Grand Lake Timber in Chipman, NB is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic sawmill team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain plant systems and equipment including mechanical and electrical maintenance operations within one of our state‑of‑the‑art Grand Lake Timber Sawmill located in Chipman, New Brunswick.
• Provide leadership, support, and direction to a maintenance team of 10‑15 employees including skilled tradespeople and technicians.
• Ensure that maintenance work aligns with standards, specifications, and schedules, and that maintenance activities are aligned to model maintenance processes.
• Plan and organize tasks for all technicians and tradespeople before the start of a shift and ensure clear communication to all departments and shifts.
• Ensure all health, safety, and regulations are followed.
