**Job Description**

The Maintenance Supervisor leads and motivates a diverse maintenance team in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment to ensure equipment reliability, environmental protection, and operational sustainability. This is a first-shift, hands-on working supervisor role, where you work alongside the team, collaborate closely with production, and ensure maintenance issues are addressed safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on continuous improvement and minimizing downtime.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan, coordinate, and delegate day-to-day maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Work hands-on with the maintenance team to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement effective countermeasures.
+ Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders in the CMMS, capturing work details, labor hours, and parts used each day.
