Job Description
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for team safety, overall asset management, asset uptime improvement and operating within the maintenance budget.
This role will plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities to support operations, ensure all compliance and statutory work is completed as planned and maximise use of maintenance labour hours. You will work with current systems and people to continuously support the IBR reinforcing production facilities, deliverables and KPI’s. You will also be required to deal with and manage contractors on site.
This role will oversee the Cavan and Port Adelaide sites with 4 direct reports across both day and afternoon shift, as well as provide support for our Darwin site.
