Maintenance Supervisor

Gpac is working with a well-established, growing national food manufacturer that is seeking 1st and 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisors for their facility in Owensboro, KY.

The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on position that is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance task in our USDA food manufacturing plant and works with their staff to troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Machine maintenance, breaking down equipment, adjusting and setting up for daily production.

•    Preventative maintenance, which includes daily and weekly inspection on all aspect of machinery.

•    Develops budgets for plant maintenance, projects and major and minor line improvements.
