About the role

With an exciting brownfields hard-rock mining project on the horizon, we’re seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations. Located nearby Southern Cross, these roles are offered on a 8/6 roster from Perth or DIDO roster from surrounding towns. 


In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance and mentoring others

  • Manage and execute maintenance work using efficient equipment servicing strategies to achieve targeted service times and schedule compliance rates

  • Ensure that work is completed within allowed budget and resources

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager & Superintendents in implementing safety plans
