MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Job Description

›Have knowledge and experience in the use of CMM systems / S4 HANA.

›Run reports from CMMS as to PPM completion, PPM schedule, Backlog and monthly KPI reporting

›Individual will be required to collaborate with maintenance team leads, lead engineers, quality and safety to summarize current site maintenance practices with view to continuous improvement

›Review technical engineering SOP’s

›Review, update and standardize job plans across site as part of continuous improvement, improved efficiency and maintenance effectiveness.

›Review Asset Register and document any gaps identified.

›Identify and prioritize critical systems and services and tailor maintenance strategy accordingly

›Adopt risk-based assessment of maintenance practices.

›Review BMS system and online system monitoring.
