Maintenance Specialist Associate

As The Maintenance Specialist Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the reliability, safety, and continuous improvement of plant equipment, facilities, and maintenance operations. This position partners closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure equipment complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while supporting cost-effective operations. The role also assists with capital projects, maintenance planning, budgeting, and troubleshooting activities that improve operational performance and product quality.
