Job Title: Maintenance Software Administrator

Reports To: SVP of Maintenance and Facilities

Location: Wall Township, NJ

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay Range: $65-75K, based on experience



Job Summary:

The Maintenance Software Administrator is empowered to manage overall maintenance and fleet system usage throughout the entire organization. The Maintenance Software Administrator will work on autonomous tasks and oversee efforts across teams of system users.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

+ Manage the Cetaris system companywide, in US and Canada

+ Ensure various reports are created and distributed as needed

+ Implementation of system changes, updates, and additional functionality rollouts
