About the Role
  
Manage end-to-end maintenance operations by coordinating repairs, overseeing contractor performance, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. As Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will also lead routine, entry, and exit inspections, further contributing to proactive maintenance planning.

Working closely with Virtual Assistants, you’ll triage tenant requests via Bricks + Agent, maintain accurate records in Property Tree, and deliver clear, professional communication to residents, contractors, and owners alike.
