Job Summary:

The Maintenance Service Account Manager will monetize the installed base by converting existing EV charger clients into recurring revenue streams (maintenance, upgrades, software, additional units).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of residential (B2C) and business (B2B) EV charging customers to maximize long-term customer value.
• Drive recurring revenue growth by converting installed customers into maintenance agreements, service contracts, software subscriptions, and other value-added offerings.
