Maintenance Reliability Engineer

Job Description
This is a highly technical, engineering-focused role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer serves as a key problem solver and subject matter expert. Will be the lead over 2 other engineers. Stepping onto the plant floor, the engineer may encounter multiple machines down and must rapidly assess priorities, determine where engineering expertise will have the greatest impact, and support skilled trades with advanced technical guidance. This includes diving into complex machine schematics, analyzing failure points, and developing effective solutions to quickly restore equipment and reduce downtime. The role requires strong root cause analysis skills, the ability to manage ongoing escalations and maintenance requests, and a focus on closing performance gaps to improve overall reliability.
