Position Summary: This role is accountable for driving predictable and disciplined maintenance execution, improving equipment reliability, and optimizing asset life‑cycle performance while supporting safe, efficient, and continuous production at Macassa Mine.

• Ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved while upholding Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental stewardship commitments.
