Maintenance Planner

Overview

The role of the Maintenance Planner is to implement, and or maintain and continuously improve the Maintenance Work Planning and Scheduling for their department, and to provide a continuity link to other maintenance systems. The Maintenance planner/scheduler will coordinate all preventative maintenance scheduling and execution systems, working closely with the bakery maintenance team and 3rd party contractors.

Location: 122 Carrier Drive. Etobicoke, ON.

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility may be required depending on business needs)

Responsibilities

Planning and Scheduling

• Review and prioritize notifications within 24 hours of generation.
• The work order backlog is current, sorted for reporting and is managed to best meet the bakery goals.
• Review PM requirements and generate weekly work orders. Use the maintenance information system to drive priorities. ...
