Responsibilities:Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program & Job Planning
+ Establish and maintain PM frequencies and detailed job plans (safety steps, craft requirements, estimated durations, task sequencing) for electrical and mechanical equipment based on OEM recommendations and trade expertise.
+ Plan maintenance work by defining required trades, repair times, access requirements, and total job duration.
+ Maintain and update Maximo asset hierarchy, ensuring accurate status for active and decommissioned assets.
+ Ensure all materials, parts, tools, permits, and required documentation are available before work is scheduled.
