**Job Description**

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. This role ensures work orders, preventive maintenance, and parts availability are aligned to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance work orders through a CMMS system.
+ Coordinate daily maintenance activities and assign work to technicians.
+ Ensure all work orders are properly documented, executed, and closed.
+ Maintain accurate equipment history, maintenance records, and reports.
+ Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
+ Track maintenance requests and prioritize work based on production needs.
+ Manage spare parts inventory, track usage, and ensure availability of critical components.
