Maintenance Planner

GENERAL PURPOSE The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for building, configuring and implementing a work order based preventative and predictive maintenance system from the ground up using the D365 Asset Management Module. This is not an existing planner environment or sustainment role. It is a multi-year build and optimization effort, requiring full ownership of CMMS design, including asset and parts identification, work order workflows, vendor and inventory set up, maintenance strategy development, and progressive system maturation, with ongoing measurement and analysis against reliability KPI standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Planning

Configure the CMMS maintenance program, including schedules, protocols, and procedures to optimize the performance of assets and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, Safety).

Support the data entry of all maintenance consumables into the D365 environment.
