Skills and Experience required:

• Resolve problems as they arise
• Ensure the premises are safe and functional for guests and employees
• Deliver high quality maintenance and painting work.
• Be knowledgeable of all aspects of maintenance operations
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have pride and commitment in your area of work
• Have a strong awareness of health & safety
• Have ability to work on own initiative outside of any work...
