We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team and help maintain our hotel's charm and functionality.

The Role

As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the hotel is well-maintained, safe, and in excellent condition. From routine repairs to emergency fixes, you will be an essential part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs across the hotel
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Be part of the Company's weekend call out providing maintenance cover across our Collection one Saturday in 4 on a rolling basis
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
