Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful global company for an experienced Building Maintenance / Site Maintenance Operative to join their site engineering team on a permanent basis. 
This is a hands-on role involving planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
Key Duties  
Planned and reactive building maintenance 
Painting, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work 
Hanging doors, fitting locks, sealing joints, plastering, and concrete repairs 
Roofing, guttering, barriers, and yard repairs 
Drain maintenance and general site services 
Use of hand and power tools 
Completing maintenance reports and job logging
