Howard Finley Care is recruiting for a new Maintenance Operative to work within our client’s nursing home based Southsea .

Maintenance Operative Vacancy Details:

• £32,500 to 36,000 
• 40 hours per week available
• Sunday to Thursday working days 
• Monday to Saturday on call duties
• Day shifts available

Maintenance Operative Main Duties:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs throughout the nursing home to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
• Carry out scheduled inspections and assessments of equipment, fixtures, and the building’s overall condition.
