Full time – 37.5 hours per week.

Salary – £25,369 - £30,369 depending on experience & skills, plus Serco benefits.

Full UK driving licence must be held. Vehicle and tools provided.

Role Overview

As the Maintenance Operative your role is key in ensuring all requested repairs – reactive or proactive and pre‑planned via manager – are carried out to required standard and within our SLA deadlines.

• Manage your own workflow and work within a team when necessary.
• Ensure Health & Safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
