Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative – AASC – East of England

Full time – 37.5 hours per week.

Salary – £27,500 - £33,500 depending on experience & skills, plus Serco benefits.

Full UK driving licence must be held. Vehicle and tools provided.

This role involves ensuring all requested repairs, reactively or proactively, meet required standards and are completed within SLA deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing your own workflow and working collaboratively within a team when required.
• Ensuring health & safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
• Purchasing and managing materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
• Inspecting company vehicles regularly and keeping them in a professional and clean condition.

Flexible working pattern: Mon–Fri, 7.5 hours per day between 08:00 and 18:00.
