Maintenance Officer

The Opportunity 

Minkara Resort is in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches with stunning views over Bayview and Mona Vale. Set over 30 acres, the community creates a tranquil setting for low-maintenance retirement. As a Maintenance Officer, you will play an important role within the community ensuring homes and shared spaces are safe, functional and well presented. You’ll manage a range of reactive and preventative maintenance tasks, from repairs to general handyperson work, while engaging positively with residents. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a trade background or strong domestic maintenance experience, who is friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping others.

This is a permanent full time position working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
