Maintenance Officer

Job Purpose:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are safe, reliable, and in optimal working condition. The role involves planning preventive maintenance, leading a team, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Supervise and coordinate activities of the maintenance team.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns promptly.

Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized services.

Prepare and present maintenance reports to management.

Train and mentor maintenance staff.



Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance management.
