**Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery in a drywall manufacturing facility. You will support continuous production by maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a strong emphasis on conveyors, ovens, and related process equipment. The position starts with training on first shift and then transitions to a regular second or third shift assignment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
+ Maintain and repair conveyor systems, including belt conveyors and screw conveyors, to ensure reliable material handling.
+ Perform maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
