Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and associated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyor systems quickly and accurately to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as chains, sprockets, gears, bearings, and drive shafts.
• Work on timing systems, ensuring accurate setup, adjustment, and synchronization of mechanical components.
• Support electrical troubleshooting, including working with PLC-controlled systems, relays, sensors, photo eyes, and pumps.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments on ovens, slicers, coolers, and packaging machines as needed.
• Replace low-voltage components such as sensors, relays, and photo eyes to maintain reliable equipment operation.
