**Job Description**
The Maintenance Mechanic maintains and repairs production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role diagnoses mechanical issues, performs repairs and preventive maintenance, and supports a clean, safe, and compliant industrial work environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Keep production equipment in proper working order to support continuous operations.
+ Diagnose mechanical and operational issues on production machinery using critical thinking and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
+ Repair broken machines promptly and safely to allow production to resume.
+ Fabricate simple parts or components as needed to return equipment to service.
+ Perform regular preventive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
