**Job Description**

The Maintenance Mechanic maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation with minimal downtime. This role supports daily production by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems while upholding strict food safety and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including grinders, conveyors, packaging machines, motors, pumps, and processing systems.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes and complete effective repairs.
