Key Responsibilities
Install, align, and maintain conveyor belting systems (V-belts, timing belts, modular belts, welded belts).Maintain and repair chain drives, tensioners, and lubrication systems.Inspect and replace worn or failing mechanical parts.Fabricate, weld, and install mechanical components as needed.Install and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including cylinders, valves, flow controls, filters, and dryers.Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks.Troubleshoot mechanical failures using root cause analysis and critical thinking.Interpret mechanical schematics, flow diagrams, and equipment manuals.Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns.
