Maintenance Mechanic II G10 (Facilities Management) - #Staff

The Bloomberg School of Public Health Facilities Management Department is seeking a **_Maintenance Mechanic II G10_** . The selected candidate will perform a wide range of general maintenance jobs (including high voltage motors), which may include specialized or difficult jobs; repair, maintain, and inspect machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings; work on plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning and heating systems; perform painting and carpentry jobs.

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Repairs, adjusts, or replaces structural parts of buildings, office and laboratory furniture/apparatus, such as doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, floors, roofs, animal cages, cabinets, including door checks, locking devices, and hinges.
