Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Geneva, NY
Compensation: Up to $41.50 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 12-hour rotating Continental (2-2-3 / Panama Schedule) shift hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (rotating)
Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain packaging and support equipment to optimize efficiency and quality

+ Perform line changeovers, setups, and equipment adjustments based on production schedules

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical downtime issues using root cause analysis

+ Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and correct issues identified during inspections

+ Utilize CMMS and MES systems to analyze equipment performance and downtime trends

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment failures and improve uptime
