Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a global leader in adhesives, sealants, and industrial manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Packaging Equipment to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing & Maintenance Department supporting packaging and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a hands-on technical approach, and a continuous improvement mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician (18-month contract)
**Location:** Geneva, NY
**Pay Range:** $28 per hour

**What’s the Job?**

+ Diagnose, repair, changeover, and maintain all packaging and support equipment to optimize efficiency and quality
+ Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and identify/correct mechanical and electrical issues
+ Conduct line changeovers, equipment setup, line alterations, and rebuilds as required by production schedules
