Maintenance Mechanic

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician supports all manufacturing and industrial operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, improving, and repairing manufacturing equipment and assisting with building maintenance. Demonstrates Mustad values, showing respect for and engagement with co-workers, especially as they contribute to a quality product and organizational success.



Essential Job Functions (required duties and responsibilities)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


+ Installs, maintains, and repairs facility equipment and systems, including but not limited to packing and line machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors, plumbing and HVAC systems, etc.

+ Supports the production department with proper machine operation, troubleshooting, and changeover activities.
