**Job Description**

This role performs preventive and reactive maintenance on furnaces, water towers, and related equipment in a heat treat shop. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic,systems while working in a hot, hands-on industrial environment. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and reliability in both weekday and the occasional weekend shift. W

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance (RMs) on furnaces, water towers, and other production equipment in a heat treat shop.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, wiring, and switches.
+ Disassemble, repair, and rebuild mechanical components such as pumps and related equipment.
+ Complete basic hydraulic and plumbing maintenance, including valve replacements and simple water system repairs.
