Maintenance Mechanic

Shift: 1:30 PM-9:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $33.82 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment while supporting continuous production operations in a manufacturing environment.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Perform installation, overhaul, and preventative maintenance on assigned plant equipment to ensure efficient operation
+ Analyze equipment performance, identify defects, and initiate repairs before major breakdowns occur
+ Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentation within the CMMS system (MP2)
+ Train and mentor operators and mechanics on proper equipment care and maintenance practices
+ Support equipment installation and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components, including AC and DC systems
