Maintenance Mechanic

POSITION SUMMARY: The Mechanical Maintenance position is responsible for safely performing inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds on plant and quarry equipment to support reliable and efficient operations. This role plays a critical part in maximizing equipment uptime, maintaining production goals, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in a heavy industrial environment.

Safety & Compliance


+ Comply with all company, MSHA, and regulatory safety policies and procedures at all times.

+ Conduct and document workplace inspections and report unsafe conditions.

+ Follow all environmental, safety, and housekeeping standards.

+ Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and verify zero energy state prior to performing maintenance activities.
