This role ensures all vehicles and equipment remain operational — enabling 20–30 essential routes and supporting teams who depend on consistent uptime. Success means creating a culture where safety, accountability, and technician development drive performance every day.
Fleet Readiness: Achieve 95%+ equipment availability across all fleet assets through proactive maintenance scheduling and rapid repair turnaround.
Safety Leadership: Enforce a zero-incident safety standard through daily toolbox talks, disciplined LOTO procedures, and compliance training.
