Job Description
Reporting to Site Head your responsibilities will be to:
Oversee all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring legal and safety compliance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and manage CAPEX projects.
Manage all predictive preventive & breakdown maintenance for the plant.
Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team.
Drive energy and water efficiency initiatives and uphold SHE policies.
Collaborate with internal process heads and external vendors, suppliers, and statutory authorities.
