Maintenance Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance operations of our automotive manufacturing plant in Tultitlan, Edo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of plant equipment and infrastructure, while driving preventive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement in support of production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the plant's preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Lead, coach, and supervise a multidisciplinary maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, facilities).
Monitor and control maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and maintenance KPIs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support production teams by responding effectively to equipment failures or process disruptions.
