Job Details

Reporting to the Machine Shop Director (and dotted line to the Assemble Director & MRO VP), the Maintenance Manager is the direct manager of the maintenance team and is responsible for the availability of the Production and Assembly means of OE and MRO, while leading and developing the Maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management
  • Overall performance, development and maintenance of production technical resources/assets and capability (equipment, environment and personnel) for the Machine Shop, Assembly and MRO.
  • Managing the maintenance budget and ensuring effective internal and external resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, etc.).
  • Develop/update maintenance processes and procedures.
