Maintenance Manager

**General responsibilities**

+ Develop and administer the Autonomous Maintenance, the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance program and review on a regular basis the quality of inspection checklists and their frequency.
+ Select, implement, train and support the systems (CMMS,…).
+ Coordinate and participate in vibration analysis activities, oil analysis, non-destructive testing, ultrasonic activities, infrared activities and all other advanced detection activities as required (Predictive Maintenance Activities).
+ He is the support person in the Focus Improvement Pillar of the TPM program.
+ Constantly review the information systems to ensure their adequacy and use them to review key performance indicators assessing the adequacy of the maintenance programs. **Maintenance** **responsibilities**
