Position Overview
Our client, a growing and highly automated food manufacturing company, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to help lead the launch and scale-up of a new production facility in Rockwall, TX. This is a unique opportunity to join the organization during a major growth phase, with small-scale SQF production beginning in August/September 2026 and full-scale production ramping quickly thereafter, including a large molding operation by year-end.
