Maintenance Manager (Montreal)

Your Missions

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily operations of a maintenance team of approximately 7 technicians and electromechanics across multiple shifts. The main objective is to ensure equipment reliability while structuring and improving preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities on production equipment and building systems.
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage the CMMS system and improve maintenance processes.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, technical purchasing, and maintenance stockroom operations.
• Coach, support, and develop the maintenance team.
• Work closely with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure smooth plant performance.
