**Job Description**

The Maintenance Manager leads a team of maintenance professionals to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production equipment, facility systems, and grounds. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning, vendor management, and compliance oversight to support a high-volume manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Manager plans and executes preventive maintenance, manages capital and renovation projects, and drives continuous improvement across all maintenance functions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide daily supervision, direction, and support to a team of approximately 11 maintenance personnel, including millwrights and electricians.
+ Oversee and manage outside contractors performing facility, grounds, machine, and systems maintenance, including security systems, fire alarms, fire suppression systems, hydrants, sprinklers, backflow devices, eyewash stations, ...
